Unpacking

We are making good strides towards unpacking our boxes. With a 13 month old at our heels, it is indeed different this time around. With my in-laws in town for the week we are hopeful that projects will get attention at the same time Heath gets some loving. In the meanwhile, there are a few shots I had to share. You know, the in- between-ness of unpacking and either not having furniture yet, or not finding "that thing" in a box you know you packed.

Now I know that the curtain and rings are packed somewhere. In the meanwhile, I think I deserve creativity points. It's not the first time I've been called practical.

We do not own a coffee table or end tables yet. I'm not sure what we will do when we lose the functionality of a packed box serving a dual purpose. (Maybe find the shower curtain!)

Don't worry, Heath has not been around this makeshift stand. We do not own an entertainment center yet, and for the first time in nearly 3 weeks since packing the tv, we thought we were ready for a movie tonight.
