Saturday Workday

You won't believe it from this photo, but Saturday was a family workday.

After a walk downtown for breakfast, Heath crashed on the way back. It was only 9:45am and he usually has one nap at 12 noon. We were excited when he woke up in the yard (while we went ahead and started pruning without him) and was ready to pitch in.

It doesn't phase him that the mop, broom or rake are at least three times his size, he continues to work hard as if it were his duty.

*Note to self for the future Saturday when he naps two hours early- wake him up! The afternoon was pretty tough as he was miserably tired but would not take a second nap. So 30 minutes early to bed and now we are trying to stay up for the second half of the VT football game and I am ready to crash!
