August 1-8 we took an awesome family vacation to Oregon. The purpose in flying out was for my cousin Dustin's wedding. When you cross from the east to west coast and are paying for 3 tickets now, we extended the vacay a bit to visit with friends on the front and back end.
Heath met some new friends in Portland. Funny how since college graduation our reunions are now circled around play dates and talking about things like poop and naps. I was glad to get to spend time with the Muellers and Burtons on our trip and Heath enjoyed their boys too!
The wedding took place outside of Yamhill, OR at a camp facility called 5Rock Ranch. It was a beautiful setting and the bride and groom were so happy! This was my first time getting to meet Kristi so I am excited for Christmas this year when we will all be at the cabin together in CA and get to spend more time together. We stayed overnight two nights there for the wedding festivities!
Then the fam headed west to the beach where we stayed in Oceanside. OR. Heath and Jonathan both got into the Pacific Ocean. Heath played with his cousins Drew and Beka and got lots of Oma and Opa time.
